Before the party, parents and carers can tell us about anything that may help their child feel more comfortable. This might include preferred games, sensitivity to sound, lighting preferences, communication needs or whether regular breaks may be helpful.
Our SEN-friendly gaming bus experience is flexible rather than rushed. Children can join in at their own pace, take a break when needed and return to the games when they feel ready. Smaller groups are also very welcome, and there is no requirement to fill every gaming station.
Parents can request particular games and can also ask us not to include games such as Fortnite or Roblox. We have a selection of familiar retro games, family-friendly multiplayer games, racing games and modern consoles, allowing us to create a gaming session suited to the group.
Where suitable, our outside television can provide an additional one-to-one gaming area or a quieter alternative to the main bus. Please discuss any requirements with us before booking so that our host can prepare for the session.
