What exactly is a gaming bus party?
Our gaming bus is a fully equipped mobile gaming lounge that parks outside your home, hall, or school. Up to 16 players get their own screen to enjoy PS5, Xbox, Switch, Gaming PC, VR and more — we bring everything, set up, and host so you can relax.
What age group is it suitable for?
Ideal for ages 6+ — perfect for children’s birthdays, teen parties, school events and even adult gaming nights.
How many players can join in at the same time?
We can seat and connect up to 16 players at once — no split-screen and no waiting turns.
What gaming equipment is on board?
You’ll find 4× PS5, 6× Xbox Series consoles, Nintendo Switch, a high-powered Gaming PC, a Racing Simulator, Retro Arcade Cabinet and two VR headsets (inside & outside).
Which games can we play?
We have over 150 games including Fortnite, Minecraft, FIFA, Rocket League, Mario Kart, Roblox, Spider-Man 2, Street Fighter and more. We can also filter games by PEGI age rating on request.
Do you offer a gaming van as well as a gaming bus?
Yes! Our gaming van and gaming bus are the same amazing setup — a fully loaded next-gen party zone with PS5, Xbox Series X, VR, a Racing Simulator and a high-powered Gaming PC. We bring the mobile gaming van straight to your home, hall, school or event anywhere across Essex & Suffolk.
Do you need electricity on site?
Yes — we bring a 30-metre cable and just need access to a standard household socket. A 2-hour party costs less than £2 in electricity.
Do you supply food or drinks?
No food or drink is allowed onboard, but we do offer sweet cones and themed party bags (Fortnite, Minecraft, Roblox, FIFA, Football, Green Gaming). Vegan-friendly options are available.
Is there a booking deposit?
Yes — a £50 deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is payable on the day of your party.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
You can reschedule with at least 4 weeks’ notice. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date if enough notice is given.
Is the party supervised?
Yes — our friendly, DBS-checked gaming hosts run the session, help players, and make sure everything goes smoothly.
Do parents have to stay inside the bus?
You’re welcome to check in, but space is limited. Most parents choose to relax while we host the entire party.
Does bad weather affect the party?
Not at all — our bus is fully enclosed and weatherproof. The fun continues even in the rain.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Essex & Suffolk — including Colchester, Chelmsford, Ipswich, Clacton, Southend, Witham, Braintree, Maldon and surrounding towns. Not sure? Ask us!
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 3–4 months in advance for weekends and school holidays as dates fill quickly.
Do you offer themed parties?
Yes — choose from Fortnite, Minecraft, Roblox or other themes, complete with decorations, party bags and cones.
